Marguerethe Jaede, PhD

Marguerethe is the Director of Partnership4Success. Her role includes facilitating equity-centered communities of practice focused on continuous improvement and collective impact.

Previously, Marguerethe worked at Columbus City Schools partnering with local universities to successfully recruit, prepare, and retain highly effective urban teachers. Marguerethe is a training associate for Cognitive CoachingSM and Adaptive Schools® and has almost 30 years of experience working in urban schools as a classroom teacher, coach, curriculum coordinator, and staff development specialist.

As a coach and facilitator, Marguerethe has supported individuals and communities to work thoughtfully in the presence of difference by focusing on the intersections of cultural responsiveness, equity, collaboration, and coaching. She is the president and co-founder of a local non-profit, Developmental Assets Resource Network.


Kevin Gilmore

Kevin is the Collective Impact Manager - Workforce Readiness for Partnership4Success. He is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and coaching collective impact initiatives. He plays a key role in supporting P4S' Workforce Readiness projects and partner development efforts.

With 20 years of experience in the field, Kevin has held various roles, including mentor, facilitator, director, and manager/site coordinator for K-12 programs. He has successfully established multiple funding streams and built stakeholder relationships for middle and high school student training, events, and programs. Kevin has developed a workforce readiness program that enhances career readiness for youth and young adults, providing coaching and support for career exploration.

In addition to his work with P4S, Kevin serves on the Ohio Afterschool Network Board and coordinates the Off to a Great Start (OTAGS) Professional Development Series. Committed to lifelong learning, he actively pursues professional growth through training and participation in coaching, facilitation, and community impact initiatives.


Ikhlas Asadi, MBA

Ikhlas Asadi is the Strategic Stakeholder Liaison & Project Manager for Partnership4Success. Her role includes stakeholder communications and coaching, project management, and program operations.

Ikhlas has over twenty years of experience supporting youth serving organizations with program management, curriculum and program design, and strategic operations. She also provides consulting services. She is incredibly passionate about creating more equitable outcomes for youth and young adults across Central Ohio through access to services and systems change.

As a strategic thought partner, leadership coach, and project manager she works alongside community partners, funders, and stakeholders to align their efforts and strategic initiatives for greater impact.


 

Brian Gillis

Brian Gillis is the Senior Data Manager & Project Specialist for Partnership4Success. In this role, he helps the P4S community leverage data to improve youth outcomes through coaching, facilitation, strategic planning, and analysis.

As a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP™) with extensive experience, Brian has nearly two decades of experience using data to support equity and social justice initiatives. He has worked on a range of projects, from assisting healthcare workers in advocating for safer working conditions to helping community organizations effectively communicate the complex services they provide to Franklin County neighborhoods. Through his comprehensive understanding of the data project lifecycle, Brian has made significant contributions to positive change in the community.

Brian brings a wealth of experience from the nonprofit sector and a strategic, systematic approach to problem-solving.


 

Debbie Jones

Debbie Jones (she/her) is the Collective Impact Program Manager - Community Development for Partnership4Success. In this role, she facilitates collective impact initiatives and strengthens partnerships to improve the social, emotional, and academic outcomes for youth in Franklin County. She also manages program administration, provides coaching and technical assistance to community partners, and ensures the integration of equity-driven and SEL-competent practices in all professional development activities.

Debbie is a PhD Candidate at The Ohio State University, specializing in Educational Policy, and holds an Anti-Racism in Education Graduate Certificate. With a focus on the intersection of education, equity, and justice, she has over a decade of experience in both public and non-profit sectors, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive trauma-competent, equity-centered, and culturally responsive practices.A skilled facilitator, coach, and public speaker, Debbie excels at leading systemic change by auditing inequitable practices and fostering transformative conversations, creating lasting impact across child and family-serving organizations.
