Marguerethe Jaede, PhD

Marguerethe is the Director of Partnership4Success. Her role includes facilitating equity-centered communities of practice focused on continuous improvement and collective impact.

Previously, Marguerethe worked at Columbus City Schools partnering with local universities to successfully recruit, prepare, and retain highly effective urban teachers. Marguerethe is a training associate for Cognitive CoachingSM and Adaptive Schools® and has almost 30 years of experience working in urban schools as a classroom teacher, coach, curriculum coordinator, and staff development specialist.

As a coach and facilitator, Marguerethe has supported individuals and communities to work thoughtfully in the presence of difference by focusing on the intersections of cultural responsiveness, equity, collaboration, and coaching. She is the president and co-founder of a local non-profit, Developmental Assets Resource Network.

Kevin Gilmore

Kevin is the Collective Impact Manager for Partnership4Success. His role includes coordinating and facilitating place-based collective impact initiatives.

Kevin is a certified Personal Development Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach, Speaker and Facilitator with a Trauma Informed Care background and DISC Expertise. ​He has over 20 years of experience in this field, serving in various roles as a mentor, facilitator, and manager/site coordinator for students in K-12 programs. ​

As a lifelong learner, he is an active member of various teams including The John Maxwell Team, Certified Coaching Alliance Affiliation CCA, ASC Business Strategies, and Associates of Science. He also serves on the Ohio Afterschool Network Board and coordinator of the Off to a Great Start (OTAGS) Professional Development Series. ​

Jessica Mahan

Jessica is the Curriculum and Data Support Manager for Partnership4Success and the P4S community. Her role includes managing SEL resources and curriculum, data and reporting, and supporting partners with using data to create best practices.

Jessica has worked with child-oriented nonprofits for the last several years. She has a heart to support child development through wholistic measures.

Jessica’s interests include wholistic wellness, music, and cultural studies.

 

Ikhlas Asadi, MBA

Ikhlas Asadi is the Strategic Stakeholder Liaison & Project Manager for Partnership4Success. Her role includes stakeholder communications and support, project management, and overall operations.

Ikhlas has 20 years of program management and operations experience. She is passionate about supporting organizations that impact the community to create more equitable outcomes for families in Central Ohio.
